Duty Check In policy on refund

Duty Check-IN is based on monthly subscription with price per user at it's lowest rate. The monthly subscription also need to be renew for subsequent month without any annual commitment. Thus Duty Check In administrator can cancel subscription by not renewing their monthly subscription. This flexibility is provided to subscriber without the need to feel lock-in to the system. THUS WE NOT OFFER REFUND TO ANY PURCHASED LICENSE UNLESS STATED BY LEGAL REQUIREMENT.

However we do consider refund for special cases as following:

  • If there's a proven of double payment for the same invoice. We usually will extend the subscription. But refund is rarely exercise here.
  • If there a legal case that shows someone is using someone else card to purchase for the license. This case usually requires the card owner to submit and provide police report.
